This guided mindfulness workshop includes interactive activities to help participants manage anxiety through breath awareness, body scans, and mindful observation of thoughts and emotions, rooted in the principles of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). By the end of it you will cultivate present-moment awareness, and develop practical mindfulness skills that you can apply in daily life.

Who can attend:
This workshop is ideal for all individuals interested in personal development and growth. And can spend 30 minutes alone for themselves.
