About me

Hi, I’m Rashi — a therapist, educator, and a former legal advocate with 9 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s emotional complexities with compassion and clarity. My journey began in the courtroom, where I realized that beneath every conflict was a deeper need to feel seen, heard, and understood. That insight led me to study counselling and psychology, eventually shifting my path from law to healing.

Today, I combine evidence-based therapies like CBT and Narrative Therapy with practical tools that make mental wellness accessible, empowering, and even enjoyable. If you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready for change—I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself and start feeling better, for real. Because feeling good shouldn’t be rare, it should be your new normal.

You don’t need to have the perfect words or a five-step plan.

You just need to show up and we’ll take it from there.

Let’s start where you are and grow from there.

My Approach

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s a journey that's personal and I’m here to walk alongside you, not ahead of you.

My work is grounded in connection, curiosity, and collaboration. I create a safe, supportive space where you can be honest, challenged, and encouraged—at your own pace.

Using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, we’ll explore the patterns and beliefs shaping your inner world. Together, we’ll look at how your past has influenced your present, so you can make more intentional choices about your future.

All sessions are online, giving you the flexibility to join from wherever you feel most at ease; whether that’s your home, your office, or anywhere in between.

Some days, our work might involve practical tools for anxiety or relationships. Other times, we’ll simply hold space for big emotions and quiet reflection. My approach blends structure with intuition, always meeting you where you are.

Above all, I believe in real connection, honest conversation, and change that lasts—not quick fixes.

What working together can look like:

  • Online therapy sessions tailored to your needs and pace.

  • Gentle self-exploration of your emotions, patterns, and story.

  • Practical tools to help you cope, communicate, and grow.

  • A safe, non-judgmental space for real conversation.

  • Optional integration through workshops, journaling, or holistic practices.

Whether you’re processing the past, navigating the present, or building the future—the goal is simple:
To help you feel more grounded, more empowered, and more you.
