Frequently asked questions
Our first session is all about getting to know each other. It will be a space where you will be driving the conversations and airing your worries. We’ll explore your goals, what’s been challenging you lately, and from there we will start creating a space where you can feel safe to begin your healing work.
The duration and number of therapy sessions you'll need depend on your individual goals and concerns, there's no one-size-fits-all answer.
Progress in therapy takes time and commitment; it's not an instant fix. You may not feel relief immediately, but with patience and persistence, improvement will come.
By choosing to seek help, you've taken a courageous first step- now it's time to trust the process.
To maintain consistency and respect for both your time and mine, I do not offer cancellations or refunds once a session is booked.
That said, in the case of genuine emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, I’m happy to offer a one-time reschedule if at least 24 hours’ notice is given. This ensures we maintain the integrity of the therapeutic process while honoring real-life unpredictability.
While I deeply value creating a supportive, healing space for emotional wellness, this practice is not equipped for emergency or crisis-level care, nor is it a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
If you’re experiencing severe mental health symptoms, suicidal thoughts, or are in need of urgent medical or psychological intervention, I gently encourage you to seek support from your local emergency services, a crisis helpline, or a licensed clinical provider who can offer the level of care you deserve.
This space is best suited for individuals and couples looking for ongoing emotional support, self-exploration, and long-term growth—not immediate resolution of acute distress or medical concerns.
