Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Clarity Reboot, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and we strive to support our clients as much as possible. Since we offer virtual and pre-scheduled services such as online therapy sessions, yoga classes, and workshops, our cancellation and refund policy has been designed to be fair and transparent for both our clients and practitioners.

1. Cancellation of Booked Sessions

  • Therapy, Yoga & Workshop sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please write to us at clarityreboot@gmail.com with your booking details and preferred alternatives (if rescheduling).

2. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be possible.

  • This helps us respect the time and preparation of our practitioners, who set aside dedicated slots for you.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent the session from taking place.

  • Duplicate payment or booking made in error (reported within 24 hours).

  • Cancellation within the allowed window (24 hours or more before the session time).

  • In case of workshops, a full refund is allowed if cancelled at least 48 hours before the event start time.

Refunds will not be provided for sessions missed due to client-side technical issues or personal scheduling conflicts.

4. Refund Timeline

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
